We calculate our prices based on the approximate distance from Bangkok’s central area, Ratchaprasong (e.g., Central World, Pratunam, Siam), which is a popular hub for tourists due to its proximity to major hotels (Novotel, Amari, Centara, etc.) and convenient access to BTS Skytrain and Airport Rail Link.

Question: Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off services?
Answer: Yes, we are happy to provide free airport pick-up and drop-off.
Question: Can I choose my own itinerary or destinations?
Answer: Yes, you can choose your own destinations. Please inform us at least 15 days before your arrival in Thailand.
Question: How is the price calculated? Is it by day or by hour?
Answer: We usually charge by day (8 hours per day, starting from the pick-up time). However, this may vary depending on the package. We are flexible, so feel free to discuss it with us in advance.
Question: Is a tour guide included in the service?
Answer: Normally, we don’t include a tour guide, but if you need one, we can arrange it for you (you will need to pay the guide fee separately).
Question: Does the driver speak English?
Answer: Most of our drivers can communicate in basic to intermediate English.
Question: How can I make an advance booking?
Answer: You can email us at friendlythaidriver@gmail.com to book in advance, or use our partner apps to make a reservation.
Question: Can I cancel or reschedule the trip?
Answer: Yes, you can cancel or reschedule for free if you inform us at least 15 days before the trip.
Question: Do you provide services for families or large groups?
Answer: Currently, we do not provide service for families or large groups, as we only use SUV vehicles.
Question: What type of vehicle is used? Is it air-conditioned?
Answer: All our cars are SUVs – spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned.
Question: What documents do I need to prepare for booking?
Answer: We will need your flight information (arrival and departure dates/times) and the name of your accommodation.
Question: Is passenger accident insurance included?
Answer: Accident insurance is optional. If you choose to add it, there will be an extra fee, and we will need a passport photo page for each passenger.
Question: Can you take us to destinations outside the city/province?
Answer: Yes, we can take you to destinations outside the city. We can plan a custom route based on your interests.
Question: What are your operating hours?
Answer: We are flexible with the start time. The standard duration is 8 hours including pick-up and drop-off.
Question: Can you pick up customers from their hotel or accommodation?
Answer: Yes, we’re happy to provide free pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or accommodation.
Question: Do you provide drinking water or snacks in the car?
Answer: Normally, we don’t provide water or snacks to avoid allergy or health issues. But if you would like us to prepare them, please let us know in advance.
