Answer: Normally, we don’t include a tour guide, but if you need one, we can arrange it for you (you will need to pay the guide fee separately).

Answer: Most of our drivers can communicate in basic to intermediate English.

Answer: Yes, you can cancel or reschedule for free if you inform us at least 15 days before the trip.

Answer: Currently, we do not provide service for families or large groups, as we only use SUV vehicles.

Answer: All our cars are SUVs – spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned.

Question: What documents do I need to prepare for booking?

Answer: We will need your flight information (arrival and departure dates/times) and the name of your accommodation.

Question: Is passenger accident insurance included?

Answer: Accident insurance is optional. If you choose to add it, there will be an extra fee, and we will need a passport photo page for each passenger.

Question: Can you take us to destinations outside the city/province?

Answer: Yes, we can take you to destinations outside the city. We can plan a custom route based on your interests.

Question: What are your operating hours?

Answer: We are flexible with the start time. The standard duration is 8 hours including pick-up and drop-off.
